Joice Ricieli Silva Nogueira has extensive experience in procurement and supply services, currently serving as the Supply Services Director for the Americas at Mars since April 2011. Joice oversees an annual spend of over $150 million across various segments in LATAM, developing category strategies and collaborating closely with Global Category Leaders. Previous roles at Mars include Commercial Director - Supply Services and Senior Procurement Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, optimizing processes, and managing significant annual spends. Prior to Mars, Joice worked as a Foreign Trade Analyst at Safran and as an Auto Parts Junior Buyer at Simoldes Plasticos Brasil Ltda. Joice holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from UNITAU.
