Heba ElBazz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the HR Head for Mars Middle East & Africa, Heba has also held key positions such as Regional HR Services Head for North Africa and Sub Sahara Africa, and HR Client Manager for the Egypt Market and NAL Central Functions. Prior to joining Mars, Heba led initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition at Vodafone Egypt, and served as an HR Business Partner at Raya Telecom and Starnet within the Raya Group. Heba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, graduated in 2002.
