Daniel L. Navarro is a seasoned professional in site reliability engineering and application services management with extensive experience across various roles in renowned companies. Currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineering Sr. Lead at Mars since March 2016, Daniel has been instrumental in building the SRE team and implementing DevOps practices. Previous positions include Global R&D and Quality & Food Safety Systems Products Manager at Mars and roles such as SAP Service Manager at Wipro, providing 24x7 support for SAP instances in Latin America. Daniel began as a Senior SAP Support Analyst for Johnson & Johnson and held a position in the Centre of Excellence Service Analyst for Supply Chain at Mars, specializing in SAP customization and support. Daniel holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science from Universidade de Taubaté, along with a college degree in Computer Technology from IDESA.
