Charles Demillecamps is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a diverse background in strategic recruitment across multiple regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands at Mars Global Services since February 2024, Charles drives talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Boston Consulting Group, where senior hiring efforts were directed for key positions, and Manager of Talent Acquisition for EMEA at abrdn, collaborating with executive leadership to implement comprehensive recruitment strategies. Charles also led talent acquisition teams for Deutsche Bank and Barclays in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as managing staffing functions for Latham & Watkins across EMEA. An educational background includes a BA (Hons) in English for International Business & Communication from the University of Wolverhampton and a DUT TC in Business/Commerce from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
