Carlos Armando Duarte is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Latin America at Mars since September 2023. Previously, Carlos held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Tracsa Cat, where strategic recruitment initiatives were implemented to drive organizational success. Carlos also managed the Head of Talent Acquisition COE for Latin America at Kerry from January 2016 to September 2022, focusing on developing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Carlos's earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Manager Latam at PAE Proyección y Administración Empresarial and VP of Strategic Planning at Sanco Business Solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at Shore Consulting Group and Human Resources Business Partner at Adecco Group, along with leadership in recruiting functions at Teleperformance and Sanco Funding. Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration from Pima Community College.
