Currently serving as Vice President of Business Delivery Services and previously as Senior Director of Applications Services at Mars since July 2019, Alex has held significant leadership roles in several companies, including A.P. Moller - Maersk as Head of Business Service Management and multiple positions at Mars, encompassing IT Service Strategy and Assurance Director and Global Applications Management Director. Prior experience at SABMiller as Global Head of Application Management and at Centrica, where Alex managed substantial teams in Service Operations and ITIL processes, further highlight a strong background in service delivery and technical project management. Alex's career began as a Technical Consultant and Solutions Architect in various companies, including Siebel Systems, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical consulting and project management, supported by a 1st Class degree in Chemistry from the University of the West of England.
