Alejandro Pinillos is the Chief Marketing Officer for Mars Wrigley Europe, CEAB & Turkey since September 2022. Previously, Alejandro held several senior roles at PepsiCo, including Senior Vice President Snacks Strategy Europe and Senior Vice President and GM for East Europe Snacks from March 2020 to September 2022. Alejandro's extensive experience at Danone spanned nearly two decades, during which Alejandro served as Chief Executive Officer for Danone Waters Mexico, Chief Growth Officer for the Dairy Division, and CEO for both the DACH region and Italy & Greece within the Danone Dairy Division. Alejandro also held significant marketing roles, including Global Chief Marketing Officer for Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition and Marketing VP for Italy within the Dairy Division. Alejandro began the career at Procter & Gamble as Brand Manager for Iberia. Alejandro holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
