Prior to their current role, Wendy worked at The Integer Group for many years, where they held various positions such as Vice President, Account Leadership, Group Account Director, and Account Director - Procter & Gamble. During their tenure at The Integer Group, Wendy garnered extensive experience in delivering creative solutions for billion-dollar CPG brands like Dawn, Cascade, Febreze, Iams, and Swiffer, as well as other well-known brands such as Purell, Bissell, Clairol, Red Robin, and Giant Eagle. Wendy also has a strong background in retail, having led customer teams for companies like PetSmart, Costco, Albertsons, Dollar General, Amazon, and Rite Aid. Additionally, they have worked closely with brand partners to develop strategic partnerships with prominent organizations such as the NFL, USA Olympics, and Major League Soccer.

Before joining The Integer Group, Wendy worked as an Account Supervisor and Account Executive at The Integer Group, where they collaborated with Procter & Gamble (P&G) on various marketing initiatives for brands like Iams and Eukanuba. Wendy played a pivotal role in global brand development for Eukanuba and worked on influencer materials to promote the brands' nutrition philosophy. Prior to their roles in marketing, Wendy gained production experience at NBC's "Days of Our Lives" as a Production Supervisor and at CBS's "As The World Turns" as a Script Supervisor, where they managed script continuity and supported the production team.

Wendy Winter earned a B.S. degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida in 1998. In 2005, they also obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
