Naser Hussain has over 11 years of experience in the recruitment and business development fields. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Sonsoft Inc. where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting of cleared IT consultants. During this time, they also determined technical recruiting objectives by studying current and projected technical job needs and qualifications. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Idexcel, Inc. as a Recruitment Lead. During this time, they sourced, identified, screened, interviewed and placed consultants for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions in the information technology industry. Naser also worked with direct clients such as AETNA Healthcare, Verizon, Syniverse, State Clients, GE Healthcare, ACS Healthcare and Unisys. From 2015 to present, they have been employed at MARS-TECHNOMINDS, INC. where they have held the roles of Business Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead.
Naser Hussain obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from JNTUH in 2010. Additionally, they hold a Certified Automation Engineer certification.
