Jinglan Yao is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Manager and System Administrator at MaRS Discovery District since November 2019. Responsibilities include providing full-stack IT support for over 250 clients, involving hardware and software troubleshooting, consultation, and training.
