Alon Shamir is an experienced professional currently serving as an antenna development engineer at MARS Antennas and RF Systems since December 2022. Prior to this role, Alon worked as a basketball referee for the Israel Basketball Association from August 2018 to June 2023. Alon's earlier experience includes a position as a network technician in the Israeli Air Force from July 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive operational support both on and off base and collaborating with civilian companies. Alon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in RF and DSP, from Holon Institute of Technology, completed in 2022.
