Antonio E. Romero is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Caribbean & Latin America at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since January 2019, Antonio leads a team of over 40 HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition associates across more than ten markets. Prior to that, Antonio held several significant positions at Vistana Signature Experiences and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, focused on HR strategy and compliance in diverse markets including Mexico. Antonio's earlier career includes strategic roles in business development and employee relations, contributing to operational excellence in North America. Antonio holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
