Shaonli Roy Kapur is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Marriott International since January 2024. Previously, Shaonli held roles including General Manager of Human Resources at SMOOR Chocolates and various positions at Marriott International, progressing from Assistant Director of Human Resources to Human Resources Manager and Training Manager. Earlier experience includes a Training Manager position at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and a similar role at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
