Apoorva Gandhi has a distinguished career at Marriott International, serving in various leadership roles since November 2004, currently as Senior Vice President of Multicultural Affairs, Social Impact, and Business Councils. In this position, Apoorva is responsible for fostering brand loyalty and sales among multicultural and underrepresented groups by managing corporate diversity partnerships and developing cultural competence programs. Prior to this, Apoorva held multiple positions at Marriott, including Vice President of MultiCultural Affairs, where similar responsibilities were carried out. The career began at Marriott as a Front Desk Associate before transitioning to Accenture from September 1991 to April 2004 as a Consulting Senior Manager focusing on the Telecommunications industry. Apoorva holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with Honors from the University of Maryland, complementing a strong educational background with a high school diploma with Honors from Springbrook High School.
