Jason Wood, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Marquis, a provider of marketing and compliance software for financial institutions, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of CFO and SVP of Finance and Strategy at Revver from November 2020 to April 2024, focusing on document management solutions. Jason's earlier experience includes Vice President of Finance at HireVue, where achievements consisted of a successful ownership change and enhancements in reporting processes. At Instructure, Jason progressed from Director to Senior Finance Manager of FP&A, establishing a leading SaaS FP&A department. Additional experience includes senior finance roles at QuickBase, Inc., and Intuit, where Jason contributed to financial management and process improvements. Jason holds a B.S. in Exercise Sciences from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
