Pamela K. Johnson is an accomplished multimedia journalist and consultant with a diverse background in journalism and editorial roles. Currently serving as the 2023-2024 O'Brien Public Service Journalism Fellow at Marquette University, Pamela has operated as an independent multimedia journalist and consultant since 2007, providing services such as video production, writing, and social media strategy. Experience includes positions as Digital Content Editor at the National Writers Union and Editor at ABILITY Magazine, along with writing roles for various publications, including Bixby Neighbors and the California Health Report. Pamela's early career features significant contributions to Essence Magazine as both West Coast Editor and Contributing Editor.
