Doug Glanville is a seasoned baseball analyst and writer, currently serving as a baseball analyst for Marquee Sports Network and a podcaster for The Athletic, co-hosting the podcast “Starkville.” Glanville has extensive experience in media, contributing to ESPN, The New York Times, and The Atlantic, where insights into baseball and its cultural significance are shared. As an author, Glanville penned "The Game From Where I Stand," highlighting the personal narratives of baseball players. Additionally, Glanville is an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut and has taught at Yale University, focusing on the intersections of sports, society, and activism. Since 2006, Glanville has also been the president of GK Alliance, LLC, and previously served as a baseball insider for NBC Sports Chicago. Glanville holds a BSE in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
