Brian Lane is a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, a position held since January 2000. In addition, Brian Lane co-owns and serves as CFO of Marquee Broadcasting, Inc., which operates multiple television stations across various markets and three radio stations in Ohio. From May 1983 to December 1999, Brian Lane worked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, ultimately serving as the Director of the Division of Corporation Finance after roles in the Division of Market Regulation and as legal counsel to notable commissioners and chairmen. Brian Lane earned a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Communication Arts and History from Washburn University.
