Haley Spletzer, CFCM, is currently serving as an Education with Industry Fellow at Marque Ventures, where expertise in DoD acquisitions is utilized to support companies advancing American defense, manufacturing, and deep tech innovations. Prior to this role, Haley held multiple positions in the United States Air Force, including Procurement Contracting Officer for Aircrew Life Support, responsible for a $25 million portfolio, and Contracts Manager for the F-22 Sustainment Branch, overseeing a $150 million construction contract. Additionally, during a fellowship with Toggle Industries, insights were applied to enhance safety and efficiency in reinforced concrete technology. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in International Law and Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, supplemented by a Defense Ventures Fellowship focusing on venture capital.
