Charles "Chaz" Poff is an experienced facilities manager with a diverse background in facility management and engineering roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Properties Facilities Manager at Marnell Companies since April 2024, Poff previously held the same title at Marnell Companies from December 2018 to September 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Superintendent at ACCO Engineered Systems and as Central Plant Lead Engineer/Facility Manager at M Resort Spa Casino. Poff started their career at Quality Mechanical, progressing from Apprentice to Superintendent in HVAC piping and plumbing over a 14-year span. Poff is a graduate of the Local 525 Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprentice Program, holding certifications as a Journeyman Plumber, Pipefitter, and Certified Welder.
