Miroslav Smola has extensive experience in systems management and network engineering, currently serving as the Systems Group & Implementation Manager and Team Leader at Marlink since February 2016. Prior to this role, Miroslav held various positions at Airbus Defence and Space from May 2005 to February 2016, including Team Leader, Migration Manager, and System Engineer, focusing on network design and troubleshooting. Miroslav began in the industry as a NOC Operator at Vizada Networks from September 2001 to May 2005, where responsibilities included monitoring terrestrial and satellite networks. Miroslav holds a Master's degree in Electric and Power Engineering from Slovenská Technická Univerzita v Bratislave, completed in 2002.
