Sharyl Syring has a diverse work experience in the field of media planning and communications. Sharyl began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Rosen & Brichta. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Esrock Partners, starting as an Assistant Account/Media Coordinator and later transitioning to the role of a Media Planner. In 2018, Syring joined Marlin Network as a Media Planner and remained with the company until 2021. During their time at Marlin Network, they also worked at Advantage Solutions as a Media Planner and eventually became a Media Supervisor. Currently, they are employed at Marlin Connections, where they have held the position of Associate Media Director and currently serves as the Director of Integrated Communications.

Sharyl Syring attended Saint Mary's College from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
