Carl Schwartz attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Culinary Arts degree with a focus on Culinary Arts and Related Services. Carl later pursued a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Culinary Institute of America from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Carl obtained a certification in Servsafe from the National Restaurant Association.
