Mr. Pingelton is a Managing Director and member of the flagship fund Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring. Before joining Marlinā€™s investment team, he served as a Director of Financial Due Diligence within Marlinā€™s Operations Group. Prior thereto, Mr. Pingelton worked at KPMG in the Transaction Services Practice and Assurance Practice. During that time, he advised clients on transactions in a broad spectrum of industries including basic materials, healthcare and consumer goods. He earned a B.B.A. and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.
