Naouress Labidi has a diverse work experience. They started their career as an intern at Le Moteur Diesel in 2016, where they received training on key processes in the rolling stock distribution and construction sector, as well as technical training on the ERP system used within the company. In 2017, Labidi worked as an intern at B2M-IT.

In 2018, Labidi joined DXC Technology as a Technical Support Analyst. They then moved on to NORRIQ, where they held the role of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC technical consultant. In this role, they built an application within MS PowerApps that communicated with the Business Central database and developed customized solutions on different modules of Dynamics NAV / Business Central. They also converted and redesigned products from CAL to AL. Labidi worked at NORRIQ until 2022.

Labidi's most recent position is as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Engineer at Marley Spoon, which they started in February 2022. No end date has been provided for this role.

Naouress Labidi completed their education at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Licence degree in Informatique de gestion. Following that, from 2017 to 2019, they earned a Master's degree in Enterprise Systems Engineering.
