Kendra McDowell is a qualified professional with extensive experience in social work and counseling, currently serving as a School Adjustment Counselor and Early Intervention Liaison at Marlborough Public Schools. Since September 2023, Kendra has been dedicated to supporting students with social-emotional needs through classroom coordination and social groups. Kendra has also been a co-coach for the JCC Masters Swim team since 2008, facilitating skill development for a diverse group of adult swimmers. Previous roles include Developmental Specialist at a large JCC preschool, Mental Health Clinician at The Learning Center for the Deaf, and Aquatics Director at Concord Country Club. Kendra holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Deaf Studies from Boston University School of Education.
