Jack Maier, CPA, is a Partner at MarksNelson, where since January 2010, expertise has been focused on providing assurance services specifically to life, health, and property & casualty insurance companies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for statutory insurance companies and preparing necessary quarterly and annual statements for submission to state authorities and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Prior to this role, Jack served as an Appraisal Assistant at Mainland Valuation Services from June 2004 to December 2009. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas (2004-2008).
