Greg Dye is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in creditors' rights, collection law, and compliance within the legal and FinTech sectors. Currently serving as an attorney at Markoff Law LLC since March 2022, Greg previously held key roles at Shermeta Law Group, PLLC, including Director of Legal Services, and served as Vice President of Compliance at Credibly. Greg's leadership experience extends to former positions as President and Board Member of the Illinois Creditors Bar Association and Chief Compliance Counsel at Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore, LLC. Greg began their legal career at Javitch, Block & Rathbone, focusing on creditor representation. Educationally, Greg holds a Doctor of Law degree from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from The University of Toledo.
