Michael Ghazarian has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Starting in 2001, they served in the United States Army as a 15J Armament Avionics and Electrical Technician, specializing in inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing armament, electrical, and avionics components. Michael also supervised refueling operations and performed preventative maintenance.

After their military service, Ghazarian worked as an IFE Systems Specialist at Live TV-IFS (JetBlue Airways), maintaining and repairing in-seat satellite TV, satellite radio, and cabin surveillance systems on JetBlue's aircraft. Michael then joined Russo Marine as an Electronic Equipment and Electrical Systems Specialist.

In 2008, Ghazarian joined Siemens Government Technologies as a Senior Field Service Technician, where they conducted preventative maintenance, repair, relocation, and new installations of federal and private security equipment.

From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Avidyne, providing technical expertise and installation guidance for general aviation aircraft systems.

At MRE Technology Solutions LLC, Ghazarian held two roles: Senior Consultant/Field Service Engineer and Northeast Zone Manager. In these positions, they provided maintenance, repair, and customer support for x-ray screening and explosives detection products, and supervised a team of field service engineers.

From 2016 to 2022, Ghazarian worked at Intuitive Surgical as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of surgical robotic platforms in hospitals across several states.

Currently, Ghazarian is employed at Markforged as a Furnace Technician, maintaining and operating a fleet of sintering furnaces for the company's industrial additive manufacturing platform. Michael has implemented processes to maximize asset uptime, streamline daily operations, and minimize operational costs.

Michael Ghazarian's education history includes the following:

- 2009-2010: Attended the University of Phoenix, studying Business Management.

- 2005-2006: Completed a Diploma in Aviation Maintenance at East Coast Aero Tech.

- 2001: Obtained a Diploma from the United States Army Aviation Logistics School, specializing in Aircraft Weapons, Avionics, and Electrical.
