Steven Rechel has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as the Field Operations Manager at MarketSource Inc. since August 2022, after holding the position of Area Sales Manager for LG Home Entertainment. Previously, Steven was the Store Manager at Walmart from January 2019 to June 2022 and held a similar role at The TJX Companies, Inc. from May 2018 to January 2019. With a long tenure at Sears Holdings Corporation from February 2009 to May 2018, Steven progressed through various roles, including General Store Manager and Hardlines Market Manager. Early career experience includes leadership positions at Circuit City, where Steven worked from May 1995 to January 2009 as District Operations Manager and Store Director. Steven pursued education at Brookdale Community College from September 1984 to May 1986.
