John Canlas has extensive work experience in media operations and ad operations, spanning over two decades. John started their career as a Graphic Designer & Technical Support at Quest Industries, LLC in 2000. John then joined Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various roles such as Senior Project Coordinator & System Support, Senior eLearning Specialist, and Associate Manager, Sales Administration Solutions. During their tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb, they were responsible for comprehensive reporting and analysis, system implementation, and leading teams through system development and implementation.
Later, John worked as an Ad Operations Specialist at HYFN, where they gained experience in trafficking, implementing, and troubleshooting digital advertising campaigns. John was also responsible for tracking and analyzing campaign performance and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Currently, John is working at Marketsmith, Inc. as a Media Operations Manager, where they oversee a team and manages advertising operations and technology for digital media campaigns. John Canlas completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Graphics & Design at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2004.
