Cheryl Papsch serves as a Customer Success Manager at MarketSmart, a position held since September 2011, where the focus is on assisting fundraisers in raising funds more efficiently and effectively while reducing marketing costs. Prior to this role, Cheryl worked as a Production Coordinator at KCP (formerly Todd Allan Printing Co.) from April 2001 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing project timelines, collaborating with clients on cost-effective solutions, and conducting internal quality inspections. Cheryl is an alumna of the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
