Director of Content Creation at Marketing Maven

Thiago Gaglianone has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Thiago started their career in 2009 as a Sales and Management Assistant at Batuan in Ubatuba, SP, Brazil, where they were responsible for selling decoration furniture and managing the ordering and shipping process. Thiago then worked as an Office Assistant and an International Student Representative at California Lutheran University from 2013 to 2015, where they provided customer service and assisted with the admissions process. In 2015, Thiago worked as a Research Analyst at Outsource Brazil, conducting market research and analyzing the software and technology market. Thiago also gained retail management experience as an Assistant Manager at Hollister Co. from 2015 to 2016, overseeing daily shift management and supervising employees. In 2016, they took on the role of a Coordinator of Athlete Success for CLU Men's Soccer, where they were responsible for expanding the program and assisting student-athletes with the admissions process. Thiago then gained marketing experience as a Sports Marketing Volunteer at California Lutheran University, handling game day updates through social media and promoting CLU sports through photos and videos. In 2017, they served as a Team Liaison for the Florida Cup, coordinating logistics and promoting the international soccer tournament. In 2018, Thiago interned at Priva, where they developed marketing strategies and created marketing content. Thiago also worked as a Director of Business Development at Marketing Maven Public Relations, Inc. during the same year, overseeing the growth of profitable new business and maintaining agency partner relationships. Currently, Thiago holds the position of Director of Content Creation at Marketing Maven, where they focus on producing strategic content.

Thiago Gaglianone completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Francis Marion University from 2011 to 2012. Thiago then pursued a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and International Business at California Lutheran University from 2012 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from California Lutheran University. In May 2020, Thiago also obtained a certification in "Remote Working: Setting Yourself and Your Teams Up for Success" from LinkedIn.
