Kelli Barabasz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kelli started their career as the Director of Operations and Workforce Management at LiveBridge, where they managed call center operations and workforce management across multiple domestic and offshore facilities. After that, they worked as the Site Director at APAC Customer Services, overseeing a 700-seat call center and handling tech support, customer service, and sales.
Kelli then joined QVC as a Staffing Manager, where they were responsible for staffing and workforce management for a 24/7 contact center operation. Kelli led initiatives such as at-home-agent start-up implementation and on-call programs.
Kelli then transitioned to SXC Health Solutions as a Senior Manager of Customer Care, managing inbound call center operations and providing tech support, customer care, and back-office services.
Kelli later joined the National Notary Association as the Vice President of Customer Care, reporting directly to the CEO and managing all customer care operations, including staffing, capacity planning, and revenue generation.
Kelli'snext role was at Quality Contact Solutions, where they served as a Consultant and later became the Vice President of Operations. Kelli oversaw high-profile clients, implemented and onboarded new clients, and drove initiatives to achieve results on key sales programs.
Kelli then served as the Chief Operating Officer at WASI before joining Call Solutions Consultants as a Business Owner. At Call Solutions Consultants, they specialized in multichannel interactions, site selection, call center talent recruitment, workforce management design and optimization, call center performance management, and self-service automation.
Currently, Kelli is the President of Marketing Alternatives, where they are responsible for all day-to-day operations, including staffing, forecasting, workforce management, workforce optimization, RFPs, SOWs, and managing the P&L.
Kelli Barabasz started their education journey in 1990 at Mt. Hood Community College, where they studied for a year. Later, in 1998, they attended Portland State University for two years. At Portland State, Kelli focused on studying Business, although they did not obtain a degree from either institution.
