Ayan Jana has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Market Quotient since April 2016. In this role, Ayan has developed the Human Resources manual, encompassing job descriptions, policies, recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Prior to this, Ayan worked as an HR Executive/Senior Executive Talent Hiring at ADS HR Consultancy Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2016, and as a Junior Assistant HR at Bevel Trading and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. from September 2012 to July 2014. Ayan began a career in HR as an intern at ITI Limited in early 2012. Ayan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from Vidyasagar University.
