Ms. Horta asks a lot of questions. She is a strong, independent worker who likes to learn new things and gather information to use in her daily work. Jessica is very organized and uses that talent to make others’ jobs easier to do.

One of the things Jessica enjoys about her work is conducting focus groups. and gaining a deeper understanding of the issues being examined. In her position, she learns new things every day, particularly about public policy and issues that states and communities care deeply about. Jessica is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and enjoys working on MDR projects where these are key components of the research.
