Vivian Hoogerwaard has extensive experience in professional liability and insurance, currently serving as Head of Professional Liability at Markel Nederland since April 2017. Prior roles include Senior Acceptant Beroepsaansprakelijkheid and Acceptant Beroepsaansprakelijkheid, also at Markel Nederland. Previously, Vivian worked as a Broker Aansprakelijkheid at Schouten Insurance International B.V. and held positions at Het Nederlandse Rode Kruis, where Vivian established a new portfolio focused on Respect and Helpfulness, and Rabobank Voorne-Putten Rozenburg as a Trainee Financieel Advies. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and various certifications in relevant fields. Vivian has also conducted numerous research projects across different organizations and has managed events, showcasing a strong background in both operational and analytical capacities.
