Jay Chan is a Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Markel since June 2020, leading workstreams such as Microsoft Managed Desktop off-boarding and serving as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Intune. With a strong background in infrastructure engineering, Jay previously held the role of Senior Infrastructure Engineer, where responsibilities included redesigning Group Policy structures and automating Active Directory migrations. Prior experience includes a long tenure at NatWest Group, overseeing the desktop platform for approximately 80,000 to 100,000 users, and support roles at NatWest Markets and Unilever. Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from City, University of London.
