Currently serving as Co-Founder of UVA Vault since 2022, a blockchain-powered marketplace for collectible wine and art, Doc Cohen is also Chairman of Pugnacious Chicken and Chairman of the Board at Markarie. As President & CEO of LJC Management, Inc. since 2002, Doc Cohen has played a pivotal role in driving business growth. Previous positions include serving as Former Partner at BRILLIANT MISTAKE WINES LLC, Franchise Owner at The Great American Cookie Co., and Trustee at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Additionally, leadership experience includes a tenure as Chairman at the International Franchise Association. Doc Cohen holds an extensive educational background from The University of Georgia, with degrees in Pharmacy and Law, and is certified in Franchising and Franchise Operations through the International Franchise Association Educational Foundation.
