Rachelle McDougal currently serves as the Manager of Community Operations at Mark-Taylor, Inc., overseeing a 264-unit garden style community since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Chamberlin + Associates, where Rachelle managed an 89-unit garden style community and assisted with a 186-unit property from January 2022 to March 2023. Previous positions at CWS Apartment Homes included Assistant Community Director for a 320-unit garden style community and Leasing Consultant from February 2021 to January 2022. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
