Jean McGowan has extensive experience in both sales support and education. Since September 2012, Jean has held the position of Inside Sales Support at Mark III Systems. Concurrently, Jean has been a Senior Adjunct Instructor and Assistant Director of Computer Training for Continuing Education at Jamestown Community College since August 1999. Prior to these roles, Jean served as the MIS Manager at Comprehensive Home Care from March 1995 to July 1999 and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Key Resource LLC from August 1992 to March 1995. Jean's educational credentials include a Certificate in Teaching in a Virtual Classroom from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Science in Computer Information Technology from Regis University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Hilbert College.
