Stephen Martin is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Account Executive at Mark III Employee Benefits since August 2023. Previously, Stephen held the position of Assistant Superintendent at Watauga County Schools from July 2012 to July 2023, where responsibilities included human resources, auxiliary services, evaluation, recruitment, and leadership development. Prior to that, Stephen served in various roles within Caldwell County Schools from July 1998 to July 2012, including Elementary Education Director and Principal, with one school achieving national recognition as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. Stephen's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Appalachian State University and a Master's in School Administration from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Education from Wake Forest University.
