Lori Herman has over 25 years of experience in client service and project management. Currently, Lori serves as a Client Success Manager at Maritz Motivation, a position held since November 2006, and also has a background as a Project Manager and Customer Experience Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Lori worked at Americall Group, Inc. from 1996 to 2006 as a Client Service Manager. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
