Jill Joerling Blood has a background in law and corporate transactions. Jill has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Transactions, and Corporate Finance. Jill also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office and as a Paralegal at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Jill holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BA in English and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
