Anick Fortier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce training and operational excellence across various industries. Currently, Anick serves as Directrice and Chef de service for the workforce training division at Association des employeurs maritimes since May 2022. Previous roles include Chef de projet formation et Excellence opérationnelle at Daher from December 2020 to June 2022, and supervisory positions at Safran focused on training and operational excellence from January 2019 to May 2020. Anick's background also includes managing competencies at Bridgestone and developing business strategies and HR coaching at Format 2000, espace Luminaire. Anick's career began at Benjamin Moore & Co., covering business development and training within the Eastern Canada region, and earlier experience includes business development at Nestlé. Anick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing from Université Laval and Mid Sweden University, along with a certificat in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.
