David Appold is an experienced professional in business support and procurement management. Since July 2020, David has served as Business Support Manager at Maritime Applied Physics Corporation. Prior to this role, David was the Supervisory Procurement Analyst and Chief Contracting Officer at the DOI/BLM from March 2015 to July 2020. David's federal service career began in March 1983 at DCMA as a Supervisory Contracts Specialist, continuing until retirement in July 2020. David attained a DAWIA Level III certification in Contracting from the Defense Acquisition University between 2006 and 2009.
