Érika Providencia Sánchez Sierra has work experience starting from 2019. Érika Providencia began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Industrias Nigua in October 2019 and worked there until March 2020. Érika Providencia then joined Baxter International Inc. as a Quality Engineering Intern from April to August 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Quality Analyst at Moore ULA RD from February to December. Currently, they are working as an Operations and Warranty Coordinator at Maritima Dominicana SAS, starting in December 2021.

Érika Providencia Sánchez Sierra completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanics Technician from the Instituto Politecnico Loyola, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
