Adilni F. has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as an Inside Sales Executive at Maritima Dominicana SAS since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DR Trade LCS where they held the roles of Training Officer from July 2022 to December 2022 and User Support Executive from September 2020 to July 2022. Adilni also has experience with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic where they worked in the Department of International Organizations from March 2019 to January 2020. Lastly, they worked as an Assistant in the Environmental Brigade at the Ministry of Environment from November 2017 to January 2019.

Adilni F. completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad APEC from 2015 to 2019. Before that, in 2015, they obtained a Technical degree in Informatics from the Dirección General de las Escuelas Vocacionales De las Fuerzas Armadas y Policía Nacional. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Technical degree in Public Administration and Taxation from Instituto Politécnico Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Fe y Alegría, with a focus on general business and commerce studies. In 2015, Adilni also received training in Etiquette and Protocol from the Vicepresidencia de la República Dominicana. Additionally, they acquired certification as an Accounting Assistant from the Dirección General de las Escuelas Vocacionales De las Fuerzas Armadas y Policía Nacional in 2014. In the same year, they obtained training as a Facilitator in Training and Awareness for the Prevention of Dating Violence from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Catholic Institute of International Relations (PROGRESSIO). In 2013, Adilni also received training as a Multiplier for Social Issue Prevention from the UNFPA and PROGRESSIO.
