Tuva Larsen began their work experience as a Pleieassistent at AUKRA KOMMUNE PLEIE OG OMSÂÜÀòÂÒÂ× from June 2015 to August 2016. Tuva then worked as an Industrimekaniker at VARD from June 2013 to August 2017. In 2018, Tuva worked as a Barservitør at Studentersamfundet i Trondhjem from January to September. From July to August 2019, they were a Software Developer Intern at Axbit AS. Tuva joined ROR-IKT as a Konsulent from June to August 2020 and later became a Prosjektleder from June 2021 to January 2022. Tuva then worked as a Forskningsassistent at NTNU Fakultet for informasjonsteknologi og elektroteknikk from February to June 2022. Currently, Tuva is employed as a Developer at Maritech starting from August 2022.

Tuva Larsen completed their education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2017 to 2022. Tuva earned a Master of Technology - MTech degree, specializing in Communication technology and digital security. Prior to attending NTNU, Tuva Larsen attended Fræna Videregående Skole from 2013 to 2017. Tuva pursued Tekniske allmenne fag with a focus on Industriell teknikk.
