Previously, Mark held the position of CEO/Principal at TALLSPAR Management Consulting, providing strategic and performance-related consulting services. With a strong background in the construction materials sector, Mark was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Armtec, managing a large infrastructure products company, and served in various leadership roles at Lafarge, including President of the Cement Business Unit, responsible for significant revenue and extensive operational oversight. Mark holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Finance from the University of Waterloo.
